"Ideal location for the purpose of my stay"
I was visiting Brighton to attend The Great Escape festival, so this was an ideal location as many of the venues were just a short walk away and I did not need accommodation with a large number of facilities as I didn't spend much time there during the day. Breakfasts at the Strength café were very good, staff there were friendly and this also gave more flexibility than with a hotel breakfast as it wasn't served for only a few hours early in the morning. I was staying in one of the small single rooms, but was provided with tea/coffee making facilities (which wouldn't normally be included) as I was staying for 4 nights, which was a nice touch.
Dislikes:
I was woken up a few times during my stay due to noise nearby, but this was possibly to be expected due to the location and was not really an issue since I did not have to be up early in the morning.
