We came for a last minute break to get away. Such good value in comparison to other B&Bs in the same location. The rooms are nice and neutral, not the biggest but great for a short 4 night break. The t&c and towels are changed daily&the en-suites are lovely to have. Brekkie is 4 doors down called 'Cafe Rococco' which is great- we had yoghurt and fruit which wwas gorgeous but the sandwiches and full english was all lovely too. We parked our car for free 1o mins away for 4days. Read less

All of the above! liked the fact that the owners were not really around (contactable tho), made us feel relaxed&chilled. We spoke to another guy who said it felt l said that it felt like a hol flat!
Dislikes:
Friendly advice, not a moan: the tea is tealeaves so if you like a strong cuppa in the morn just take a tea bag from your room!:-)

We had a wonderful two days in Brighton. Beach Pad is in a perfect position for the beach, pier, shops and amenities. We were greeted at Beach Pad with a warm, friendly welcome and shown to our lovely family room. We also managed to park our car outside of the Beach Pad and purchased a 24 ticket at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, which was at a local cafe where we were also met with a friendly and warm welcome. Breakfast was lovely. Read less

"Does what it says on the tin"
Warm welcome, pleasant room. Not large, but this was made clear on the website. Breakfast available at corner
cafe, again perfectly adequate. Would have appreciated a visitors book for comment.... Read more

Brighton itself. A day at the races.
Dislikes:
Brighton itself seems quite expensive (Food and Drink) and of variable quality, compared to adjacent towns, even Hove.
Response from The Beach Pad:
Thanks for your views and feedback. I will check the issue and deal with it, thanks for letting me know.
